Why Unlock?

By default, iPhones are sold to be used with only one cell phone service provider. While this may useful to those that plan on sticking with their current provider long-term, there are thousands of others that either don't want to or can't stick with a specific provider. Unlocking an iPhone makes it possible for the owner to use it on any GSM carrier world-wide.

What to do after informed of Unlock

Enter in any non-original SIM card into device

1. Use either Wi-Fi and follow activation prompts, if you get to main screen then phone is unlocked.
2. Or Connect to iTunes with card in, look for "Congratulations your phone is now unlocked." message if does not show, then update/restore device.
